So I am responding to Nicole's post about the Cheescake Factory. Brett and I LOVE The Cheescake Factory and the funny thing is that I really hate Cheescake. I go there strictly for the food and sometimes Brett-depending on his mood-will take home a piece of Cheescake. Now I know it is the same restaurant but we have also eaten at The Factory in Denver and I don't remember it being that good, however, I was also about 7 weeks pregnant and sicker than a dog. We have also eaten at the Factory in San Diego and Las Vegas. The food is to die for. I highly recommend the Stuffed Chicken Tortillas and Brett's favorite is the Factory Burrito Grande and lives up to the "Grande" name. We have been lucky enough to visit the newest addition to Utah's restaurant scene and only waited for 45 minutes. I recommend a Monday night. We went on a Monday night in mid-November for our Anniversary. The one and only downfall to the place is the fact that they don't offer a kids menu so I wouldn't recommend bringing the little ones with you. It's a little pricey but in my opinion it is well worth it. So Nicole, there you go. There's my two cents. I hope that you get a chance to visit it before 2009. We were thinking a visit pre-Valentine's Day but who knows if that will really happen or not!!!
