The day is finally here. It's the day that my baby used her crib for the last time. She has had the worst time falling and staying asleep in her crib lately. She was waking up every hour crying and wanting to get out of bed. We finally decided she was ready for the transition to a big bed. We have been saving every penny for our trip in a couple of weeks so going out and purchasing a new twin size bed wasn't something we could do right now. We decided we would just turn her crib into a daybed for the time being and then work on getting the makings of a twin bed together for her after we saw how she would adjust to the big girl bed. She loves her new bed and after a few nights of adjusting to her new found freedom she is doing great. Another milestone-my baby is growing up and way too fast.
